Understand the Rules & Guidelines Before Using Our Services
Habibi Tours Terms of Service (“Agreement”)
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Habibi Tours (“Company”) and the person or entity booking or accessing the tours (“Customer”). This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for using our services, including booking and participating in tours. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date Customer completes a booking or otherwise accesses the Services. This Agreement governs both the initial booking and any future bookings referencing this Agreement. Habibi Tours may update this Agreement from time to time.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Services” means the tours, activities, experiences, or related products provided by Habibi Tours in Punta Cana.
1.2 “Booking” means the reservation made by Customer for a specific tour or service.
1.3 “Customer” means the individual or group who books or participates in the Services.
1.4 “User” means any individual included in a booking, whether part of a group or acting on behalf of Customer.
1.5 “Documentation” means any materials, guides, or instructions provided by Habibi Tours about the tours, including schedules, itineraries, and safety information.
2. Use of Services
2.1 License and Use. Habibi Tours grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to participate in the booked tours in Punta Cana according to the Documentation and instructions provided.
2.2 Provisioning the Services. Habibi Tours will provide all necessary information, tickets, access codes, or confirmations required for Customer and Users to participate in the booked tours. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all Users follow the rules and guidelines for each tour.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Confirmation. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is sent to Customer.
3.2 Refunds and Cancellations. Customers may cancel a booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
3.3 Changes to Bookings. Habibi Tours may modify tour schedules or itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. In such cases, Customer will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund if the tour cannot proceed.
